<p><strong>What is your jewellery made of?</strong><br>
All Auréa pieces are crafted with 18ct gold plating over a hypoallergenic brass or sterling silver base. Our gemstones are ethically sourced and lab-grade for consistent quality.</p>
<p><strong>Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?</strong><br>
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and designed to be safe for sensitive skin.</p>
<p><strong>Will the gold plating tarnish?</strong><br>
With proper care, our 18ct gold-plated pieces maintain their finish for years. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and chlorine. See our <a href="/pages/materials-care">Materials & Care</a> page for full guidance.</p>
<p><strong>What sizes are available?</strong><br>
Rings are available in sizes 5 to 9 (US). Necklaces and bracelets come in standard adjustable lengths.</p>

<p><strong>How do I place an order?</strong><br>
Add the items you love to your cart, then click the cart icon and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Can I change or cancel my order?</strong><br>
Reach out within <strong>2 hours</strong> of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. After that, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be changed.</p>
<p><strong>Do you offer gift wrapping?</strong><br>
Every Auréa piece ships in our signature gift box at no extra cost.</p>

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days; express options are available at checkout.</p>

<p><strong>How long does a refund take?</strong><br>
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.</p>
